- 2 ounces vodka
- ½ ounce lime juice
- 4 ounces tonic water
- 1 lime wedge
In a highball glass filled with ice, add two ounces vodka, freshly squeezed lime juice and top it off with tonic water.
Stir with a straw to mix.
Add a lime wedge for garnish.
- Use a flavored vodka - Choose a flavored vodka such as citrus, cranberry or cherry to add more flavor to your Vodka Tonic.
- Add a splash of juice - Add a splash of your favorite juice such as cranberry to add color and flavor to your drink.
- Diet tonic water - If you want, you can use sugar free tonic water or another seltzer water for a lighter version of this recipe.
