Spicy mayo is one of those condiments that’s SO easy to make at home and you likely already have everything you need in your refrigerator. I love spicy mayo for dipping French fries, chicken tenders, or on burgers, but it’s also a great condiment to drizzle over homemade sushi.
I make spicy mayo with mayonnaise, sriracha, lime juice and soy sauce. That’s it! You can easily control the spiciness level by adding more or less sriracha or even adding other ingredients to deepen the flavor like cayenne. You can also swap the mayo for Miracle Whip, a vegan mayo, or something low-fat if you are wanting to lighten up this basic recipe.
