Looks easy and it came out delicious. I rolled the whole tortilla into plastic wrap and put in refrigerator overnight. They came out perfect and were super easy to cut and yes they stayed together.

I am in such a rut for summer meals. This is just what I needed! There are some great GF tortillas out there I will use for our family. (TJs has a GF tortilla and the brand Siete has a gluten free & grain free option that is $$$ but good.)
