This is SO GOOD! I used my immersion blender and just big whisk after that- worked great and so easy. My family loved it over ice, haven’t tried it warm but that sounds lovely too. Need to do that soon on a cold evening- I have a bottle of cinnamon whiskey that might need to join the party, too!🤔🧡

Really great recipe! It was easy and delicious. Tastes just like I would imagine pumpkin juice in Harry Potter would taste like. The pumpkin does settle, so you have to regularly swirl it but that wasn’t a problem. Drank it while carving pumpkins and listening to Halloween music mix. Recommend!! 🌲🌲🌲
