The Spaghett is a fun beer-based cocktail made by combining Miller High Life, Aperol and lemon juice. This summer drink is a casual, laid-back cousin to the Aperol Spritz. This flavorful, summer cocktail is made with simple ingredients and is such a crowd pleaser. Your guests will love this rose gold liquid served right in the beer bottle.

Ingredients in a Spaghett
- Miller High Life – The Champagne of Beers. Or any light beer.
- Aperol – You’ll need a bottle or Aperol, the famous Italian bitter.
- Lemon Juice – Freshly squeezed.
- Lemon Wedges – To garnish the neck of the bottle with.
This drink does not require special glassware or tools since it’s served in the beer bottle. The only thing you may want to have on hand is a handheld citrus juicer.
How to Make
To serve in a beer bottle, you first need to remove about two ounces of beer to make some space.
Next, pour in an ounce and a half of aperol. Then pour in half an ounce of lemon juice.
If you want a garnish, serve with a lemon wedge in the neck of the bottle.
Note: You may also serve this drink in a chilled pint glass.
More Italian Bitter Cocktails
We’re obsessed with Italian bitters such as Campari and Aperol. They make excellent, complex cocktails that are both sweet and bitter.
Tips for Making
- The Spaghett is super simple, so don’t overthink it! We love it served in a Miller High Life bottle and you can also serve it in a beer mug. Garnishing with a fresh slice or wedge of lemon is great choice.
- Chill your beer and Aperol bottles in advance of making this drink.
- If you don’t have Aperol on hand, you can use Campari for a similar, but slightly more bitter drink.
